Development

The main focus of our consultative process is to listen to the client and identify their specific needs and wants. Once identified, our proposal is submitted to assist the client in developing and implementing projects focused on workforce and training. One area where we have been successful is in the development of strategies to help the client overcome challenges they may be facing. Those challenges could be poor internal communication, a lack of diversity training, a skills shortage, an industry downturn or, as we saw in 2020, a worldwide pandemic. Our remit was therefore to develop strategies to overcome these challenges, specific to our client. Those strategies could be related to training, project diversification, community outreach or cross-organization collaboration.
