By incorporating both qualitative and quantitative analysis, we are able to perform questionnaires and interviews with employees and review records to help businesses identify issues hindering the skills and productivity of a workforce.

The main focus of our consultative process is to develop and implement programs and strategies to address their challenges. Our remit is to develop strategies to overcome the challenges specific to our client.

Apprenticeships

Working in tandem with the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance, we have been developing programs to address the workforce needs of businesses in Oklahoma.

Course design

We design and develop bespoke training programs to meet your specific needs in developing your workforce in order to optimise the workforce and your organisation's efficiency.

Direct training

All training is carried out by our own consultants at a location and time convenient to you. The courses have been designed by us, so our facilitators know the material inside out.

Process analysis

By conducting site tours and interviews, it is easy for us to ascertain barriers to workforce that may be restricting business growth.
