Training

Training could be a direct request from the client, or one which has arisen through the consulting process with the staff and management teams. There may be a clear need within the organization for staff training as part of a workforce development plan. Once training needs have been identified and the program has been agreed upon, the training will be implemented. This may be carried out in-house or at an external facility, depending on the client's needs. All training is carried out by Harrison Consultants. We develop bespoke training packages to meet the client's specific needs, or use generic training programs to assist in workforce development. We provide training in areas of management, customer service, equality and diversity, train-the-trainer, transitions, conflict management and workforce development, to name a few.
