As technology changes and work environments are adjusted, a gap can form between employees’ skills and the skills needed for optimal productivity. There may be clear training needs within the organization for staff training as part of a workforce development plan, a direct request from the client or one which has arisen through our consultative process with the staff and management teams. Once the training needs have been identified and the program agreed upon, the training will be implemented.

The training may be conducted in-house or at an external facility, depending on the client's needs. All training is carried out by members of the Harrison Consulting team.

We develop bespoke training packages to meet the client's specific needs or use generic training programs to assist in workforce development. We provide training in the areas of management, customer service, equality and diversity, train-the-trainer, transitions, conflict management and workforce development, to name a few.
