Workforce
Working with business, non-profits and state agencies to engage in research analysis to assist with their individual workforce needs. This is achieved by listening to the specific needs of the client, taking time to discuss their hopes and aspirations for the future of the organization. From here, we talk to staff and management to discover their thoughts on the organization and management teams, confidentially. A report is drawn up along with a proposal for the client. This is then presented to the client for their approval. Through our consultancy, we have been able to bring together industry and the local community in order to help bridge the skills gap in industry ecosystems.
Our process
Step 1
Initial discussion
This provides an overview for all parties as to what each needs and wants to achieve from the process.
Step 2
Formal consultation
Meet with client to discuss in-depth their wants and needs from the process. Present how HCG can deliver the required results
Step 3
Investigation
Interview, confidentially, the management team and the staff to ascertain the skills present and the skills needed in order to achieve the client's goal
Step 4
Interim report
Submit interim report with a list of findings & recommendations, as well as further action points to be undertaken if required.
Step 5
Further investigation (if needed)
Perform more in-depth interviews with a wider range of workforce to establish the company's needs and wants, if required.
Step 6
Submit report & recommendations
Present to the client the findings of the consultative process, outlining a road map for achieving the results required.
Step 7
Implementation
This is the final step in our consultative process and it involves the client implementing HCG's recommendations in order to achieve their goals.
